Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope that you will love your purchase, but understand that occasionally you may change your mind. If you would like to return an item for a refund please contact me at messymissyceramics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery where I will explain next steps. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or burned cannot be returned.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return. If the item gets lost or damaged during transit, a refund can't be issued. Please note that within the UK there is no available insurance for damage of ceramics during transit. Therefore, please make sure that items you are returning are packed adequately, in the original packaging, no part of the product should be touching the wall of the box and the item should not be able to move around in the box.

If a returned item arrives back damaged or broken, a refund will not be issued.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to be in resaleable condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items on arrival:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and original packaging so I can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
