These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Messy Missy Ceramics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Messy Missy Ceramics is a UK-based small business creating handmade ceramic pieces.

2. Handmade items
All items sold by Messy Missy Ceramics are handmade. As a result:
Each piece is unique
Variations in shape, size, colour, and glaze are part of the handmade process
These variations are not considered faults
Product images are representative only. While we do our best to photograph items accurately, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that:
All information provided is accurate
You are authorised to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment is taken at the time of order through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
5. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery provider. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
Messy Missy Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside our control.
6. International orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. Messy Missy Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics:
Items returned in a damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
9. Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the item
Photos of the original packaging
Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
10. Care and use
Our ceramic pieces are functional but should be handled with care.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Improper use
Accidental breakage
Failure to follow care instructions
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Messy Missy Ceramics and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Messy Missy Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
