For all my coffee connoisseurs and tea lovers, this one’s for you!

This white stoneware mug is wheel thrown by hand and finished with my signature white variated crackle glaze.

It holds approximately 290ml of your favourite hot drink; the perfect everyday size for coffee, tea, or whatever brings you a little comfort!

As with all handmade ceramics, gentle hand washing is recommended to keep your mug looking its best.

Please note: due to the handmade nature of this piece, as well as differences in screen settings, slight variations in colour and finish may occur.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Ordering multiple items may increase the shipping cost.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

I ship using:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® – £2.75+ (delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24® – £3.65+ (delivery aim: 1 working day after dispatch)

  • Delivery times are estimates not gurantees

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

I currently ship within the UK only.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of Royal MailIf your order does not reach you by the stated delivery date then please email me.

If you need it delivered quickly please email me and I'll see what I can do.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the original packaging. Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

As all items are handmade, I do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or burned cannot be returned.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

If a returned item arrives back damaged or broken, a refund will not be issued.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to be in resaleable condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged items on arrival:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and original packaging so I can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
